Konya - Aspondos - Antalya

A slightly later start today for a long drive to the coast - Antalya - stopping on the way in Aspendos to see an aqueduct and a beautifully preserved amphitheatre. The amphitheatre was built in the second century, held 20,000 people and is nearly intact today. The scenery on the way changed once again - every day the countryside is different. Antalya is on the Mediterranean coast of southwestern Turkey - the Turkish Riviera.
