Back into Florence today for another look - walked back to the Duomo and came across even larger leather markets today at Lorenzo Square - very hot and crowded so Gary was pleased we just walked through. Bought lunch at a deli and sat in a square and people watching for a good hour - very pleasant in the shade - another warm day today. Many of the roads were closed with banners and flags flying - the local football team is playing tonight and the whole place goes into meltdown - amazing. Beautiful walking round at night.
Leaving Florence tomorrow - enough of big cities - off to Tuscany and some small hill towns.
